Throughout 2019, we held a series of thought-provoking talks and discussion focusing on mental health and well-being in the community, during which we enjoyed a delicious evening meal.

The supper talks took place at St Mary’s Parish Hall, Langham Road, Teddington, TW11 9HF from 7.30/8 -10pm.

29 January: Adam and Mark Woods: ‘Lost and Found’ [film with Q&A]

19 March: Dr Gillian Straine: ‘Health and Healing in the Church’

21 May: Anna Khan, Welcare: ‘Building Emotional Health and Wellbeing in Children and Young People’

16 July: Julia Hennessey: ‘Mindfulness and the Wheel of Awareness’

17 September: Rev Joe Moffat: 'Seeing the Bible as a Library' (notes available here). Further talks on the Bible are being held (though not as Supper Talks) in 2019.

Future dates (when announced) can be booked by emailing parishhall@stmarywithstalban.org or via sign-up sheets in SMwSA and SP&SP churches.

The suggested donation towards catering is £10 per person.
