We have bus stops nearby for the R68, 281 and 285 services, and we are no more than a 10-minute walk from Teddington Train Station. Our Main Hall is a beautiful, airy space, with vaulted ceiling and direct access to a small, secure outside area alongside the Hall (to be used under the responsibility of the hirer)and adjacent to Udney Hall Gardens. Our building is well ventilated too.
We have a wood block floor and a stage, and is suitable for parties, musical events, theatre work-groups, auctions etc. It can accommodate 180 people seated (there are 130 chairs on site), 250 people standing or 100 for a sit-down dinner.
Our tables and chairs are included within your hire. We have both adult and children's height furniture, as well as a few high-chairs.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a microwave oven, large urn, 2 ovens with gas hobs, large free-standing fridge (no freezer) as well as crockery and cutlery for 80 people.
Also a sound system, projector and a screen are available for a nominal fee.
The dimensions of the Main Hall are approx. 18m x 8.5m, plus the stage: 4m x 8.5m
St Mary's Parish Hall, opposite our church, is very much part of Teddington's busy High Street. We have bus stops nearby for the R68, 281 and 285 services, and we are no more than a 10-minute walk from Teddington Train Station. This is our smaller of the two rooms, it is carpeted, with approximate dimensions of 7m x 6m.
It is a great space, suitable for after-school clubs, groups, meetings and exercise sessions for smaller groups. There is a kitchenette within the room, stocked with cups and plates, to enable you to provide light refreshments too. There are tables and chairs provided for up to 25 people, as well as a whiteboard and flipchart. Also a projector and screen are available for a nominal fee.
This room can be accessed through our main entrance, but also has its own door onto our driveway, with plenty of windows for good ventilation.
The hall is conveniently situated in the heart of Teddington near to many shops and cafes as well as connected to the rest of London being on multiple bus routes and close to the station. The hall is a ground floor space with a capacity of 35 children or 30 adults. The bright and airy hall opens onto a secure outdoor space (to be used under the responsibility of the hirer). It is easily ventilated.
Included are tables and chairs for adults and children, toilets, fully equipped domestic style kitchen with oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, toilet facilities, and off street parking for one car plus street parking.
The St Peter & St Paul Church is in the heart of Teddington near to many shops, cafes as well as buses to all over London and the train station. The church is a ground floor space with a capacity of around 150 people but also works well for smaller groups who want more space. The church is already used by a wonderful mix of groups from from worship to gymnastics, cinema clubs to choirs. Included are tables and chairs, toilets and it can be easily ventilated. It has a wonderful high ceiling and a separate street access, if required.
